I am a licensed professional Social Worker, offering my skills and services to women, companies and schools. I specialize in empowering and supporting young girls and women who struggle with anxiety. I’m a licensed social worker (LMSW), born and raised in Brooklyn, NY with over 13 years experience working with diverse clients offering both long term therapy and brief interventions. My areas of expertise include: Crisis Intervention, Coping Skills, Anxiety and Women’s Issues.
My approach varies depending on the individual’s needs and goals. I earned my graduate degree from Fordham University School of Social Work and have an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Hunter College.
Whether it’s through consulting, counseling or wellness workshops, I’m committed to helping individuals develop confidence, compassion and clarity. I’m passionate about creating shared spaces, where individuals know that they are not alone, and that a community of healing and renewal is available for them.
