About Me

I’m a licensed social worker (LMSW), born and raised in Brooklyn, NY with over 13 years experience working with diverse clients offering both long term therapy and brief interventions. My areas of expertise include: Crisis Intervention, Coping Skills, Anxiety and Women’s Issues.

My approach varies depending on the individual’s needs and goals. I earned my graduate degree from Fordham University School of Social Work and have an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Hunter College.

Whether it’s through counseling, consulting or wellness workshops, I’m committed to helping individuals develop confidence, compassion and clarity. I’m passionate about creating shared spaces, where women know that they are not alone, and that a community of healing and renewal is available for them.

We offer guided meditation, breath work, emotion check-ins and more during our  sessions. Email admin@trishnalmsw.com to learn about our well-being workshops.
